CHT Karaka - Clinical Coordinator

We are looking for a clinically strong, people-focused leader to help shape how care is delivered from day one at CHT Care Homes' new care home in Karaka, Auckland, New Zealand. The Clinical Coordinator will provide hands-on clinical leadership and support to nurses and care staff, deliver and support care for residents with complex needs, and maintain high standards of clinical practice.

Requirements

• NZ Registered Nurse status with a current APC
• Experience in aged care or a similar complex clinical environment
• Confidence leading, coaching and supporting others
• A strong understanding of quality, risk and clinical governance
• Clear communication and sound decision-making skills
