The Learning Delivery Manager exists to empower and develop underwriters at Chubb by delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences. This role ensures employees gain the essential knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in their careers through expert facilitation of training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary contact for APAC, taking responsibility for all technical learning needs
- Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions and in-person workshops across APAC
- Work as a key member of the APAC Training & Development (T&D) team
- Prepare and deliver content by reviewing materials and providing constructive feedback
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, business units, and HR
