Combined Insurance, a Chubb Company, is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our fast-paced, high energy, and growing company. This role is responsible for analyzing, researching and responding to all service related customer inquiries via letter, email, or fax.
Requirements
- Analyzing and researching customer inquiries
- Responding to customer inquiries via letter, email, or fax
- Understanding customer requests and reviewing applicable policy administration systems
- Communicating with customers and providing updates and information
- Providing support and handling internal Policyholder Service Center escalations or time-sensitive customer inquiries
- Conducting system transactions to satisfy completion of a service request
- Accurately documenting back-office systems/ uploading documents to record storage databases
