Requirements
- Provide superior customer service and quality technical content
- Handle 40-50 calls per day
- Phone quoting, issuance of new business, endorsements, and renewal policies of personal lines insurance coverage
- Responsible for cross selling coverage to round out accounts
- Ability to learn the basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and Chubb products
