Requirements

• Strategy and P&L Responsibilities: Fully responsible for all financial targets relating to Digital Distribution Channel & Partnerships
• Build Digital team in The Philippines
• Develop and Manage Partnerships
• Manage and impart information cross-functionally to implement operational strategies and processes to enhance the customer/partner experience
• Supervise Business Development and Growth Manager(s)
• Stay on top of forecast and track key account management metrics, such as quarterly sales targets
• Help to institutionalize knowledge from different Partnerships across the organization
