Product Specialist - Chubb Investment Management

We are seeking a Product Specialist to strengthen the growth of capability, infrastructure, and wealth product offerings for Chubb Wealth, mainly on funds. The successful candidate will work with various teams to facilitate product onboarding, maintain product databases, and ensure data accuracy. Additionally, they will source and review global fund opportunities, track market trends, and prepare investment memos and client presentations.

Requirements

• Be a part of the team to strengthen the growth of capability, infrastructure and wealth product offerings for Chubb Wealth, mainly on funds
• Work with various teams, both internally and externally, to facilitate the product onboarding, maintain the product database, ensure the consistency and accuracy of the data display shown to clients
• Sourcing, reviewing and in-depth due diligence on global fund opportunities
• Track the market development trend, preparing investment memos and client presentation materials related to investment manager recommendations, portfolio updates, and other thematic discussion topics
• Ensure integrity of sales process and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Firm-wide marketing and advisory of product offering to front office staffs and making presentations to clients
• Monitoring of existing wealth products and required follow up with relationship managers
• Take lead on ad-hoc new initiatives to support the business development under the guidance from the team lead
