The Senior Claim Director investigates, evaluates, and resolves Commercial D&O, Fiduciary, Financial Institutions D&O/E&O claims while ensuring high customer service.
Requirements
- Investigate and evaluate coverage issues
- Prepare comprehensive coverage letters and analysis
- Conduct investigation into loss facts and extent of third-party damages
- Direct and closely monitor assignments to experts and defense counsel
- Evaluate information on coverage, liability, and damages
