Requirements

• Oversee and coordinate functional and automated testing activities
• Lead and mentor a team of Engineers and Senior Engineers
• Contribute to defining the overall automation and functional testing strategy
• Plan and execute test strategies across multiple projects
• Drive test automation initiatives
• Collaborate with development teams and AVPs to define and implement effective testing strategies
• Analyze testing metrics and reports
• Oversee defect management and escalation processes
