Technical Lead

We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our Infrastructure organization at Chubb India. The successful candidate will provide management oversight and coordination of IT operational activities for Chubb's Infrastructure, including managing people resources, providing application and system support, and developing processes and procedures.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT operations and management
• Proven experience in managing people resources and teams
• Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, automation, and analytics
• Familiarity with Service Now ITSM tool
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
