Technical Lead - .Net

Chubb is seeking a Technical Lead -.Net to join the Personal Risk Services team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of robust and scalable web applications, utilizing expertise in.NET Core, cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure), and Kubernetes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions, with a focus on enhancing user experience for business and agency partners.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience as hands-on full stack software engineer
• Experience in development of REST based APIs using Open API specification and/or creating specifications w/swagger
• Leverage Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.) for cloud-native solutions.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework Core)
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications using Kubernetes.
• Integrate front-end components (Angular) with back-end services (if applicable).
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Operate as an individual contributor, taking ownership of assigned modules and tasks.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Curious around AI and its ability to create business value
