Associate Director of Amazon Market Place (3P)

Church & Dwight is seeking an entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented, and financially-minded individual to lead their Amazon 3P business and develop a holistic marketplace strategy for other customers. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of eCommerce knowledge and skills, including a deep understanding of the cosmetics and skincare industry, Amazon policies, and best practices. They will be responsible for managing seller central, driving sales growth, and overseeing marketplace strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon marketplace management
• Proven track record of successfully driving sales and revenue growth on the Amazon platform
• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director or Head of Amazon/Ecommerce/Marketplace
