Job Description
A company that genuinely cares about our people, our products, our consumers and the environment is seeking an International Operations Finance Manager to join their team. The role will be responsible for focusing on COGS, Supply Chain, G2G, New Product Development, and Working Capital.
Requirements
- Cost analytics, planning and forecasting
- New Product Development cost analytics
- Improves organizational awareness and knowledge of COGS/Supply Chain cost structure and transaction flow
- Liaises with US and UK organizations to share best practices
- International consolidations of COGS changes vs. Plan and vs. prior year
- Conduct brand/SKU cost and margin improvement analysis across subsidiaries and GMG
- Tracking and reporting of productivity savings (G2G) in partnership with Operational Finance and Supply Chain teams
- Working Capital management, reporting, consolidations, and analysis
- Strengthen intercompany profit visibility
- Support the business as needed
