Senior Packaging Engineer

A Senior Packaging Engineer is needed to lead packaging development programs from concept through commercialization across multiple Strategic Business Units (SBUs) in international markets. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, designing and qualifying packaging systems, and ensuring packaging performance, quality, cost, and timing objectives are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience in packaging development
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
• End-to-end packaging development experience (primary through tertiary)
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and lead cross-functional initiatives
