Job Description
Coordinate travel, visa, and residency requirements for missionaries, volunteers, and employees, including tickets, lodging, and documentation; facilitate English communication and administrative coordination for volunteers; maintain clear, timely communication between HQ, Area offices, and missionaries regarding travel arrangements and updates; build and maintain strong relationships with government and public offices; support all aspects of fleet management; assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in administration or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
