Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Demonstrated leadership or team management experience in a technical setting
- Expertise in either Frontend (React, TypeScript, Next.js, TanStack) or Backend (Node.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs)
- Deep understanding of relational databases (particularly MySQL)
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable, performant, and modular systems
- Understanding of modern engineering practices (architecture design, state management, component/service design, testing, and performance optimization)
- Effective communication in English with cross-functional teams
