Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience providing client service in the investment, banking or related industries
- Industry-related academic experience (ex. CSC, CPH) or an evidenced commitment towards further education
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Team Player with friendly personality and strong communication skills
- Proven ability to manage high volumes with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability/Flexibility to work independently in hybrid home/office environment
- Strong problem-solving aptitude – Ability to execute both first and second level thinking when assessing an issue
