Job Description
CI Financial is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data and Analytics team in the Wealth Technology group. The successful candidate will work on data pipeline and data transformation tasks, collaborating with business teams and Data Analysts to gather and understand requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in data engineering
- Post-secondary degree in a quantitative discipline
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end data pipeline architecture
- In-depth knowledge of data extraction, database systems, data storage repositories, and ETL/ELT tools
- Strong knowledge of observability and data lineage implementation
- A strong analytical mindset and sophisticated written and verbal communication skills
