Requirements
- Lead large, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to approved scope, schedule, and budget.
- Create, maintain, and update detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery tracking artifacts.
- Deliver results that align with defined business outcomes, strategic objectives, and enterprise priorities.
- Facilitate Steering Committees and stakeholder status meetings.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable project updates tailored for executive audiences.
- Partner closely with Executive Sponsors and key stakeholders to support timely, informed decision-making.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and cross-initiative dependencies.
- Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies and track issues through resolution and closure.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between business teams, IT, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Junior Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Support consistent application of PMO standards, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and governance within the PMO.
