Requirements

• Act in the development and support of backend applications, focusing on scalability, performance, security, and good software engineering practices.
• Development and maintenance of internal applications, with architecture based on microservices, REST APIs, messaging, and cloud services.
• Design and implement resilient solutions, applying patterns such as Rate Limit, Circuit Breaker, and Retry, ensuring idempotence and security through good authentication and authorization practices.
• Develop new features and troubleshoot technical issues, in alignment with the Product Owner.
• Act in the maintenance of Production operations, investigating and correcting root causes of problems and following up on security vulnerabilities.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to technical refinement, estimates, and planning.
• Support the PO in refining the backlog and defining non-functional requirements for prioritized features.
• Ensure compliance with Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) criteria.
• Apply practices of TDD, BDD, and CI/CD, ensuring quality, reliability, and continuous delivery of value.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product to promote technical and operational excellence.
