FP&A Manager

Cialfo is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join their executive team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, entrepreneurial thinker, deeply analytical and detail-oriented, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Requirements

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet
• Partner with Business Units to provide timely insights into actual performance, prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, conduct variance analysis between actuals and forecasts, and drive forecasting accuracy
• Collaborate with Business Units to identify risks and opportunities, analyze growth trends and margins
• Perform regional consolidation of actuals and forecasts, and generate insights to support senior management decision-making
• Support the preparation of materials and presentation slides for regular internal and external stakeholder meetings
• Automate and enhance the efficiency of various FP&A processes
• Define key performance metrics for the organization, align with stakeholders, and lead implementation efforts
• Manage end-to-end special projects (e.g., problem definition, hypothesis testing, solution implementation, and tracking)
