We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern to support the end-to-end recruitment process β from keeping pipelines healthy and interviews running on time, to ensuring every candidate has a great experience.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers
- Post job openings across multiple hiring platforms
- Own interview scheduling and coordination end-to-end
- Track candidate progress across every stage of the funnel
- Proactively follow up with candidates throughout the process
- Support the Talent team with reporting and dashboards
- Identify gaps in existing workflows and suggest process improvements
