Talent Acquisition Operations Intern

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern to support the end-to-end recruitment process — from keeping pipelines healthy and interviews running on time, to ensuring every candidate has a great experience.

Requirements

• Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers
• Post job openings across multiple hiring platforms
• Own interview scheduling and coordination end-to-end
• Track candidate progress across every stage of the funnel
• Proactively follow up with candidates throughout the process
• Support the Talent team with reporting and dashboards
• Identify gaps in existing workflows and suggest process improvements
