Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Investment Advisor team in our Wood Gundy brokerage. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance standards, engaging in marketing and business development activities, and assisting in the development of investment plans and written proposals for prospects and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct & Practice Handbook (CPH), or willingness to complete CIRE within 6 months
