We're seeking an Agile Coach to champion agile principles and practices, empowering leaders and teams to achieve strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have expertise in agile coaching, organizational change, and business agility, with a demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Provide expert coaching and mentorship to Squads, Crews, and senior stakeholders on advanced agile principles and practices.
• Influence leaders to build empowered, high-performing teams and embed agile mindsets across the organization.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making, prioritization frameworks, and ongoing refinement of processes to achieve sustained enhancements in agile delivery and business outcomes.
• Identify and address systemic challenges that hinder business agility and effective delivery.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to enhance agile capabilities and support enterprise-wide scalability.
