Infrastructure Architect

We’re building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world and are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to play a dual role as both a technical expert and strategic contributor to our hybrid infrastructure journey.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture and engineering, including hybrid cloud and on-prem data centers
• Strong expertise in VMware technologies (vSphere, VCF, VxRail, NSX-T, Horizon, etc.) and Azure/AVS environments
• Proven experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible), image management, and compliance
• Hands-on experience managing colocation data centers (e.g., Equinix), DR planning, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with SQL, Linux, Windows Server, and email infrastructure
• Understanding of enterprise monitoring and analytics tools (Dynatrace, Aria Suite, etc.)
• Experience with backup/storage solutions and business continuity frameworks
• Solid understanding of IT governance, change control, and policy administration
• Experience mentoring and leading infrastructure engineers across projects or functional initiatives
