Senior Consultant, Privacy Office

We're seeking a Senior Consultant, Privacy Office to support the Global Privacy Office mandate and core strategies, primarily in the areas of Privacy Governance and Advisory & Consulting Services. As a subject matter expert, you'll develop relationships with business partners to monitor and support privacy governance across the organization. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and providing privacy expertise and guidance to lines of business.

Requirements

• Privacy expertise and guidance to lines of business
• Conducting privacy impact assessments for new initiatives/revised programs
• Assessing risk and controls and developing privacy guidance and training resources
• Conducting reviews of proposed or new privacy legislation impacting CIBC operations
• Participating in the ongoing review of monitoring and oversight mechanisms to ensure privacy compliance
• Gathering, organizing, and interpreting data/information to formulate appropriate conclusions and prepare communications and reports for senior members of the organization
