The Credit Controller is responsible for delivering world-class administration for accounts receivable, ensuring a robust, effective, and efficient customer-focused team. The role leads the delivery of cash allocation and portal uploads for global operations, fostering a high-performing culture and delivering KPI/SLA's.
Requirements
- Graduate level degree or equivalent
- Experience in Account Receivable is plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate with excellent writing and email skills
- Results oriented and operates with a strong level of accountability, confidentiality, precision and have first-time right nature
- Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills required
- High standard of accuracy and precision in a time sensitive manner
- Ability to handle high volume while maintaining high level productivity
- Ability to problem solve, analyze information and provide solutions
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as be a strong team member
