Senior Project Manager

The Sr. Project Manager will play a key role in managing, supporting, and driving projects across the enterprise by leveraging project management expertise, data analytics, and engineering knowledge.

Requirements

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale manufacturing projects
• Provide PMO support across business units
• Develop comprehensive project plans
• Track performance using KPIs and provide detailed updates to stakeholders
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and proactively address potential project disruptions
• Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and processes
• Drive operational excellence initiatives through effective project management practices
• Ensure all projects adhere to relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Build and enhance the organization’s project management capabilities
