Job Description
Ciena's Technical Sales Development Program is a 24-month program based in Atlanta, GA, that prepares participants for a career in technical sales as an Account Manager or Sales Engineer. The program focuses on strengthening connections with current customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing technical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
- Prior technical and/or sales co-op/work experience (desired)
