Senior Manager, Solution Engineering and Introduction. Lead a team of systems engineers, provide technical direction, and drive customer engagements in optical networking. Foster a high-performance culture and oversee lab strategy and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent field of discipline
- 5 years of experience in systems engineering or architecture, with a focus on Ciena optical networking platforms
- 2 years of experience as a technical team leader or manager
- 3 years experience supporting optical transport solutions and driving customer technical engagements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
