Senior NPI Product Engineer

Requirements

• Lead cross-functional technical efforts that transition new optoelectronic products from R&D into full-scale production, ensuring alignment with design intent.
• Manage build readiness by defining prototype requirements, coordinating clear-to-build activities, and supporting manufacturing partners through each build phase.
• Oversee production performance, including yield tracking, cost-reduction planning, and Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy throughout the product lifecycle.
