Leasing Consultant (Residential) responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments. Greet prospects, qualify leads, and close sales. Demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to clients' needs. Maintain accurate records and follow up with applicants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of two years leasing experience with multi-family properties
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) highly desired
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner
