Job Description
CIM is a community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender, and developer seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to maintain apartment units and related facilities. The role involves general maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and maintaining kitchen appliances.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- One to three years of experience in facility maintenance and/or mechanical repair
- HVAC experience required
- EPA Type II or Universal, and/or Pool Certification required at hire or within 90 days of assuming the position
