Requirements
- Experience with general maintenance equipment and tools
- Skilled in general carpentry, painting, plumbing, flooring repairs, drywall, and HVAC repairs
- Pick-up and delivery of materials and supplies
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in English and authorized to work in the US
- Physical Demands: lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs, standing, walking, stooping, etc.
