Job Description
The Resident Services Specialist will provide administrative support to the property management team across multiple states and handle resident complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Handle resident complaints and inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and complaints
- Assist with lease administration
- Coordinate maintenance requests
- Serve as back-up to the leasing team
- Coordinate the move-out process
- Prepare and distribute resident communications
- Assist with organizing resident events and community activities
- Conduct rental insurance audits
