Job Description
CIM Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting to prepare financial and SEC reporting of CIM's public funds. The role requires strong independent judgment and discretion, with a focus on GAAP compliance and internal controls.
Requirements
- Prepare required SEC filings
- Work with asset financial services and portfolio oversight
- Coordinate with investor relations, communications, and general ledger accounting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Review asset level reporting prepared by asset level accountants
- Assist with technical accounting research
- Support the independent auditor through quarterly reviews and annual audits
