Job Description
CIM Group is a community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender, and developer. The Sr. Analyst, SEC Reporting will prepare financial reports and analysis for CIM's public funds, under the direction of the Manager, Financial Reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA preferred
- 2 years' Big 4 public accounting experience or 3 years' combined experience in public accounting and financial reporting
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a detailed and deadline-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
