Requirements
- Perform site design, including grading, drainage, access, utility networks, exterior layouts, and site layouts.
- Prepare plans, profiles, technical specifications, stormwater management designs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Conduct feasibility studies and propose engineering solutions tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate technical aspects with internal teams and with clients, partners, and municipal authorities.
- Ensure technical follow-up on projects, including site visits and support during construction.
