System Integrator (Renewable)

Welcome to a place where people are at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a dedicated System Integrator (SI) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position could be based out of our Guelph, Toronto, Mississauga, Burlington, London or Bowmanville offices.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in System Integration and SCADA development/programming
• Proficiency in PAC/PLC/RPU/RTU/DCS programming
• Proficiency in SCADA/HMI programming including web based user interface development
• Proficiency in RTAC/Data concentrator programming
• Proficiency in IEC61131 programming standards
• Peripheral project experience includes exposure to ADMS or DERMS platforms and distributed power generation systems
• Peripheral skills include networking experience (modify/adjust Layer 3 switches), expansion of existing managed networks following established design guidelines, modification of firewalls/security appliances, modification and management of virtualized servers such as ESXi or HyperV
• Experience with Python and a basic understanding of RDBMS development (MySQL, SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services)
• Educational background in Control Systems, Engineering/Technology, or Computer Programming
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently and independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
