Head, Operational Risk - Policy and Reporting & Analytics TH

This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective Operational Risk Management framework, performing risk analytics, and ensuring adherence to the Operational Risk Management Framework. The Head will also prepare risk reports and dashboards, contribute to roadmap development, and provide guidance to teams on operational risk. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, and a deep understanding of operational risk management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years in Operational Risk Management within a universal bank
• Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
