- Expand and explore new Preferred Banking customers
- Responsible for the sales target of Preferred Banking
- Grow CIMB Preferred Banking sales product AUM, CUM, Bancassurance, new customer acquisition and products under distribution
- Advice individual customer for the suitable investment product to ensure the portfolio performs as target by incorporates his/her target and risk in the plan
- Build and deepen relationships with existing and new customers and update on clients' investment report
- Provide professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
