Job Description
CIMMYT is a non-profit international organization looking for a Senior Security Manager - Mexico to provide strategic and operational leadership to safeguard CIMMYT's personnel, assets, information, and mission across Mexico. The role requires proven hands-on experience in Mexico's security landscape, regional threat variations, and institutional ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Criminology, International Relations, Public Safety, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive, senior-level experience in security management, with at least 5 years of direct leadership experience in Mexico
- Demonstrated hands-on experience operating in Mexico's security environment, including regions with elevated crime/organized-crime influence
