Technical Writer

Cin7 is a fast-growing global software company that provides solutions for modern-day product sellers, and is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join the team as a Technical Writer.

Requirements

• Exceptional written English skills and a keen eye for detail.
• 2+ years in technical writing or a similar role (e.g. product, support, or content writing for SaaS).
• Ability to write well-structured technical content for both technical and non-technical readers.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, product requirements, and wireframes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across product, engineering, and support teams without friction.
• Able to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support to gather information and align on content.
• A portfolio or writing samples that show published technical documentation you’ve authored.
