Job Description
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, Data & Analytics, and Technology identifying requirements, guiding delivery, and shaping the future of our data ecosystem.
Requirements
- Develop a deep understanding of business needs to shape targeted analytical
- Analyze business processes and functional requirements to support data-driven
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify KPIs, success metrics, and opportunities for optimization
- Clearly communicate findings, prototypes, and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders
- Lead roadmap planning sessions across BI, Data Engineering, and Data Science initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term strategy
- Facilitate “art of the possible” conversations to explore future use cases, emerging technologies, and innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of cross-functional initiatives
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather business and technical
- Translate requirements into actionable stories, epics, and development
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure
- Champion data governance efforts in partnership with the BI Leader to ensure data quality, consistency, and trust
- Create and maintain business glossaries, data lineage documentation, and data quality artifacts
- Ensure analytic and data science outputs are easily consumable and support business decision-making
