Part-Time Assistant Manager

Join Cinemark as a Part-Time Assistant Manager and play a crucial role in the overall operation of the theatre. You will assist in ensuring policies and procedures are followed and operational standards are achieved. Cross-trained in all departments, you will provide inspirational training to Employees and support where needed. This position offers opportunities for growth, including becoming a Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred
• Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program
• Completion of basic food handling training and local or state mandated certification
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Regular and consistent attendance
• Excellent Guest service skills
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all ages, genders, and personalities
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Ability to take and follow direction
• Responds with a sense of urgency
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to train and lead others
• Must be able to resolve conflict
