Job Description
Join our team as a Cook at The Rec Room Royalmount, Bouffes, jeux & spectacles in Mont-Royal, QC. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner, following recipes and portion controls, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of cooking experience
- Professional diploma in food services management (preferred)
- Knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, and presentation
- Knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and safe food handling
- Superior time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
