Job Description
Cintas is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support and grow our new, myCintas digital platform. This position will work with Cintas partners from our field locations, and corporate departments, to ensure the highest level of satisfaction to our customers.
Requirements
- 1+ year customer service experience
- High School diploma/GED
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree
- Experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls and transferring calls
- 3+ years business-to-business account support
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (including MS Outlook, MS Word, and Internet/Intranet)
- Experience with proofreading and editing documents
