Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources, including managing turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 2+ years' Human Resources experience
- Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
