Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Implementation Project Specialist L2 to provide strategic direction on opportunities with new and existing customers, manage customer exclusive product projects, and develop profit models.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- 3 years' project management experience with operational or revenue-generating responsibilities
- Experience resolving problems with collaboration
- Experience with verbal and written communications with employees and customers at all levels of an organization
- Experience conducting customer calls to gather information and requirements
- Experience formulating and driving project strategy towards a successful outcome
