Job Description
Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. You'll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments, developing your leadership skills and gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations.
Requirements
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months
- Must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs
- Preferred: Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role
- Preferred: A business or otherwise related academic major
- Preferred: A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
- Preferred: Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
