Job Description
Cintas is seeking a motivated Management Trainee for a program designed to provide in-depth knowledge of their business operations and prepare candidates for career advancement. This role involves hands-on rotations across various departments including Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management, and focuses on developing leadership skills and customer service. The program is tailored to individuals looking to grow within the company.
Requirements
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
- Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
- Active driver’s license
- Obtain a DOT medical certification
